What we collect
Your sign-in email (or the name and photo from Google / Apple), the profile details you enter, and your booking, payment, check-in and points history.
How we use it
To run bookings, confirm payments, send session updates, and track rank and rewards. Players in the same session see your name and photo; you choose whether to show gender and level. Your phone number is visible to admins only.
Payment data
Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Where data lives
Data is stored with Supabase and is never sold to third parties.
Your choices
Edit your profile any time; contact an admin to delete your account and data.
