Who we are
ShuttleUp is operated by ShuttleUp Technologies Inc. (British Columbia, Canada) and is the member booking platform of The Circle Badminton Club.
Bookings & waitlist
Spots are confirmed in booking order. When a session is full you join the waitlist; when someone cancels, waitlisted players can claim the spot first come, first served.
Payment
Pay online (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay — processed by Stripe) or via Interac e-Transfer, cash or a session pass as shown on the session page. Offline payments are due within 7 days after the session; overdue payments pause new bookings. Sessions created by hosts are paid to the host.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel yourself until the cut-off shown on the session page (6 hours before start by default). Online payments are refunded in full automatically; session passes are returned. After the cut-off, late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded unless you find a replacement, and points may be deducted. If we cancel a session you get a full refund.
Conduct
Wear non-marking indoor shoes and respect the venue and other players. Sport involves risk of injury — play within your limits.
